These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of the White Rock North Schools, Inc. (“White Rock North School,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and, if you choose to opt in, our text message communications. By using our website, you agree to these Terms. Enrollment, tuition, childcare, and other school services may be governed by separate agreements and policies provided directly by the school; those documents control those services if they conflict with these website Terms.

Website Use

Our website provides information about the school, its programs, and ways to contact us or request information. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or unlawful information through its forms.

We strive to keep website information accurate, but programs, schedules, availability, and other details may change. Contact the school to confirm information important to an enrollment or other decision. Links to third party websites or services are provided for convenience; their content and practices are governed by their own terms and policies.

Website text, graphics, photographs, logos, and other materials may not be copied or used without permission except as permitted by law.

Text Message Program

If you affirmatively opt in to receive text messages from White Rock North School, we may text you about the school related matters described when you give consent. Depending on the program you join, messages may include responses to your inquiries, tour or enrollment follow up, scheduling, school updates, or other communications concerning your child’s participation. We will not use consent to one texting program as permission to send unrelated promotional texts.

You may provide consent through a school form or another opt in process the school makes available. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in text messaging. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of enrollment or purchase of services.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the school and the program you join. Message and data rates may apply. Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
