Bio

I graduated from Dallas College with an Associate of Science degree, which laid the foundation for my educational journey. My passion for teaching was ignited during my senior year of high school when I completed community service hours at a local church school. There, I had the opportunity to assist in the classroom and found immense joy in supporting and guiding the students. This experience made it clear to me that working with children was not just a fleeting interest but a true calling.

Throughout my teenage years, I also gained valuable experience by babysitting, which further reinforced my desire to pursue a career in education. Each interaction with the children deepened my appreciation for their unique perspectives and learning needs, shaping my commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

Now, as I embark on my first year teaching at WRNS, I am filled with excitement and anticipation. I am dedicated to creating a classroom atmosphere where each child feels valued, supported, and eager to learn. My goal is to make every day enjoyable and meaningful for the students, ensuring they look forward to their time in class and feel encouraged to reach their full potential.

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy a variety of activities that help me unwind and stay inspired. I love shopping for new and interesting finds, exploring new places, and traveling. Volleyball is a favorite pastime of mine, providing both a fun challenge and a great way to stay active. These hobbies not only bring me joy but also help me maintain a well-rounded perspective that I bring into my teaching practice.

I am genuinely looking forward to this new chapter at WRNS and am eager to build lasting connections with the children and contribute positively to their educational journey.
