Bio

My name is Alejandra Yandow, and I embarked on my early education career at the age of 18, discovering my passion for working with children almost immediately. Driven by my love for learning and my eagerness to share knowledge, especially with young minds, I felt a strong calling to this field. The daily experience of engaging with children, exploring new ideas, and learning alongside them is incredibly fulfilling.

To further refine my skills, I am currently pursuing a Child Development Associate certification. In my role, I am responsible for planning curriculum lessons and developing effective in-classroom strategies. I firmly believe that teachers play a crucial role in shaping students’ lives by providing guidance, patience, and support that extends beyond the classroom. Through dedication and expertise, teachers can profoundly influence students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.

On a personal note, I am excited to be starting a new chapter in my life as I prepare to become a mother soon. The children I work with have become like my own, and I cherish the meaningful connections I’ve built with them. I am also a proud pet parent to three beloved furry friends: Lucky, my loyal dog, and Smokey and Stormy, my playful cats. Their love and companionship bring me immense joy.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring my creative side through cooking and preparing traditional Mexican dishes. I also have a passion for collecting Beauty and the Beast Disney memorabilia and recently started crafting Disney-inspired ears. These hobbies bring me joy and allow me to express my creativity outside the classroom.
